The company decided to carry out the basic and application knowledge competition of gellan gum and the competition of laboratory inspection and testing technology on October 20.

 

The participants in the basic and application knowledge competition of gellan gum are the personnel of the sales and customer service center, and the participants in the laboratory inspection and testing competition are the personnel of the quality control department and the strain room. The examination is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical operation.

 

At 8:30 a.m., all reference personnel entered the site to take the examination. In the competition, the contestants' skilled technology, standardized operation, scenes of wonderful pictures were presented in front of our eyes, with a solid theoretical basis and skilled operation skills to compare the results, the competition reached the level. The competition used theoretical knowledge scoring and practical operation on-site evaluation, and finally decided the ranking of each project.

 

Among them, the practical operation site in the inspection and testing competition was conducted in the laboratory. After the competition, Chief Engineer Wang Weichao also explained the errors in the operation and personally demonstrated the correct operation methods and essentials.
