In order to further promote the construction of high skilled personnel team, carry forward the spirit of craftsmen and lead the development of employees' vocational skills, on October 31, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of Zhengtian cause, it was hosted by Zhuji Federation of trade unions, Zhuji human resources and Social Security Bureau, and undertaken by Fengqiao Town Federation of trade unions; The city's "Zhengtian Cup" electrical professional skills competition co sponsored by Zhengtian group and Shaoxing Han Yu clamp welding skill master studio was successfully held in machinery company. A total of 51 players from 32 enterprises in the city participated in the competition.

This skill competition is composed of two parts: theoretical examination and practical operation. The national senior worker question bank proposition highlights the professional operation skills and the ability to solve practical problems. A total of 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 10 winning prizes were selected. The top three contestants in the competition were awarded the honorary certificate of "Zhuji City Technical Expert. The remaining contestants who are qualified in theory and practice will be issued a senior electrician professional qualification certificate by the Zhuji Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The competition also has one team winning award and one excellent organization award.
