In order to further improve the management level of safety production management personnel and the safety production awareness of production workers, and to prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety production accidents, the machinery company organized all employees to hold safety production knowledge training in the conference room on the first floor on October 17. Mr. Yuan Jianfeng, an expert from Zhuji Safety Supervision Bureau, was specially invited to be the keynote speaker of the training.

 

In the training class, Mr. Yuan told us several accident cases in the machinery manufacturing industry, focusing on one of the personal safety accidents led by Mr. Yuan himself. It was a major safety accident that caused three deaths due to the explosion caused by the leakage of propane gas. After the explosion, the three people rose into the air, were hit on the steel structure roof and then fell down. The ground steel plate exploded around, and the transformer box and other things on the side were not spared. The scene was shocking, showing the strength and harm! The analysis of the accident is that propane gas leaked due to cracks in the head of the gas cutting gun, which sank through the gap and accumulated into the steel plate welding platform. After that, welding sparks splashed into the gap of the steel plate, detonating gas and causing explosion. From this bloody lesson, let everyone understand the importance of safety awareness throughout the whole production process, observing everything more, paying more attention at all times, and preventing problems before they happen.

 

After that, Mr. Yuan deeply and comprehensively analyzed some potential safety hazards in the company's production environment at this stage around the production workshop, production equipment, product stacking, employee labor protection and other aspects of the machinery company. He explained in detail various rectification measures that must be taken to eliminate these potential safety hazards and the safety operation matters that must be mastered for high-altitude operation. He kept in mind that there are four specifications for safe production of machinery manufacturing: that is, there must be a column for a set and a shaft, if there is a wheel, there must be a cover, and if there is a hole, there must be a cover. In the training class, the teacher also stressed that workshop workers should wear safety helmets, work clothes and labor protection shoes when taking up their posts. Foreign visitors must wear safety helmets before entering the workshop to visit. For some special types of work related personnel, to know the position of the risk factors, and regular occupational physical examination. The person responsible for safety should do a good job in prior management and supervision, regular inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment, strengthen the education of safety talents, build a high-quality mechanical team, eliminate all "accident seedlings", and have a clean and orderly working environment.
