From the first day of working in Tianji, I can often see or hear the deeds of Comrade Liang Huanmu in meetings, exchanges or publicity boards. Once I watched TV with my grandfather. At that time, there was a report about Liang Huanmu. Grandpa was silent for a long time and said, "He is really a persistent and selfless person". For a grandfather who is honest, has a lifetime of love, and has few words, there are very few people who can be affirmed by him, but Liang Huanmu is one of them.

 

When Liang Huanmu died, I was still a child. For us young people. He has gradually degenerated into an image, a symbol. Before, I only knew that Zhengtian Group was founded by him, opened various factories, and made important contributions in increasing farmers' income, increasing jobs, solving the sales of agricultural products, and increasing government taxes.

 

Now I am fortunate to be an employee of Tianji Company, a subsidiary of Zhengtian Group, and I admire the founder of the group even more. On the eve of the May 4th Movement, the Youth League Committee of the Group organized a cultural study activity around Comrade Liang Huanmu. Under the organization of the Youth League Committee of the Group, we first came to Guangyu Garden to pay our respects. Secretary Yang of the Youth League Committee briefly explained Comrade Liang Huanmu's entrepreneurial process and dedication in front of the monument, and then led all the members to bow three times to express their respect for Liang Huanmu, an's elder who had dedicated to Fengqiao and died.

 

Then we visited the Liang Huanmu Memorial Hall and felt the life deeds of this veteran who made outstanding contributions to Fengqiao. The memorial hall is on the edge of the reservoir, where the mountains and rivers are beautiful and the vegetation is lush. In the memorial hall, the staff introduced Liang Huanmu's life to us with great voice and emotion. Through the statues, words and pictures in the museum, we have a deeper understanding of Huan Mubo and the history of Zhengtian. The old work notes seem to remind us to take our work seriously and apply what we have learned. A good memory is not as good as a bad pen. Only through continuous learning and accumulation can knowledge change our destiny.

 

Finally, we watched the TV series "Water Soul" based on Liang Huanmu and the real promotional film "Love for Green Mountains and Green Water" in the conference room on the 4th floor of Zhengtian Building, which let us really enter his life. A more intuitive understanding of his life trajectory. His simple working environment, his hard working and working attitude. In order to solve a problem and many places, perseverance, and finally to solve the persistent spirit. The spirit of going door-to-door to lobby villagers to overcome all difficulties in order to build a reservoir. The first time the reservoir burst, the spirit of daring to take responsibility; due to improper operation of the electrician, the 16-year-old son was electrocuted. Instead of putting pressure on others, they forgive each other's magnanimous spirit. When the construction of the reservoir was most difficult, he asked his wife to work in the reservoir, and when the situation improved, he asked his wife to go home and vacate the post to give the selfless spirit of the returned employees. When the government wants Liang Huanmu to be the relevant leader, he has the courage to refuse, the noble character of not being greedy for money and status, and the dedication spirit of returning to heaven for the welfare of local farmers.

 

Liang Huanmu, he has reached a height that others can't reach. He has also achieved a career that others dare not think, dare not do, and dare not to enter. He has also given up the money and power that others have always wanted, worked hard, and have been demanding. He is a pioneer who truly practices the cause of communism, and it is worth learning from us young people.
