He always goes to work early and leaves work late every day. Sometimes when he encounters equipment failures, he always coordinates his colleagues to carry out emergency repairs in the first place, and he always rushes to the front, doing the hardest, most tiring and most important things. Like a workshop operator failure, in order to produce as soon as possible, he arranged for two other people to weld one end in rounds, but he welded the other end by himself, standing on a narrow channel steel, holding a welding tongs, and 3. for four hours. When the night shift production breaks down and the mechanic on duty cannot repair it, as long as he calls him, whether it is cold or windy or rainy, he can quickly rush to the workshop to take part in the repair. The company asked to do a good job the next morning. He took the three of us and used 12 bottles of oxygen and 4 bottles of acetylene, which fully advanced the work process by 6 hours. On another occasion, I remember that I was on the night shift and encountered equipment failure. I called him. He didn't say anything when he was resting. He rushed to the workshop to complete the repair work as soon as possible, so that the production task could be successfully completed. Afterwards, everyone praised him as a mechanic "110". On the other hand, he is an open-minded and studious comrade. Although he has excellent skills, he can still learn from the strengths of others. In particular, whenever the company has foreign masters to install and debug equipment, he humbly asks for advice, asks for principles and ideas, integrates every link, and is handy when using it. As a new party member, I think we should take him as an example, study technology hard, practice job skills hard, and play an active role in promoting workshop production.
