On the afternoon of July 19, the group's half-year economic work conference was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the hotel. The meeting was attended by members of the group's party committee manager team, heads of workers and young women, chairman, general manager and party branch secretary of each unit.

 

The meeting was presided over by General Manager Chen Guoguang. After listening to the reports on the production and operation of various enterprises in the first half of the year and their business ideas in the second half of the year, Mr. Chen made a comprehensive and detailed analysis on the overall operation of the group and the severe situation faced by the enterprises. He pointed out that under the current severe and complex international and domestic macroeconomic situation and the severe external situation of enterprise economic development, the production and operation of the group's enterprises are facing greater difficulties, and the overall economic indicators of the enterprises in the first half of the year have declined, and the benefits are not ideal.

 

In view of the current situation of the enterprise, Mr. Chen put forward two ideas and requirements for doing a good job in the second half of the year.

 

First, we must face up to the difficulties and actively respond to them. In the first half of the year, with the exception of printing and dyeing and Tianwei, most of the group's enterprises encountered difficulties in operation, shrinking production and marketing, declining efficiency, and difficulties in capital turnover. Moreover, judging from the current development trend, the crisis will continue for some time, and objective factors are irresistible. Only subjective efforts can be made to actively respond. All enterprises must be fully psychologically prepared, find breakthroughs in their respective operations and management, and strive to achieve stable economic development.

 

Second, we should highlight the key points and explore the bright spots. In the second half of the year, all enterprises must make breakthroughs in the following three aspects: first, Rio Tinto market promotion, sales promotion, ensure the normal operation of enterprises, further improve the enthusiasm and responsibility of sales staff, and make achievements in expanding sales volume and invigorating funds; second, give full play to production enthusiasm, improve product quality, upgrade product grade, stabilize customers and attract customers; third, further strengthen internal management, reduce consumption and expenditure, reduce production costs, improve efficiency, so that enterprises as soon as possible into the track of sound development.

 

The meeting also discussed the "preferential scheme for the purchase of houses within the employees of Zhengtian Group.
