The theoretical examination is based on the mechanic's theoretical basic knowledge assessment standard, and the answer is conducted in a closed-book manner with a full score of 100 points. The actual operation competition adopts the lottery method to carry out on-site welding operation on two steel plates with a gas cutting thickness of 12mm, which is completed within the specified time, with a full score of 100 points. The activities were carried out in printing and dyeing companies and machinery companies. During the written examination, the contestants carefully examined the questions and answered them carefully, and the whole audience was in good order, fully demonstrating their good knowledge level and personal accomplishment. In actual operation, the players accurately judged the size and length of the steel plate, carefully welded the arc-shaped cracks, moved skillfully, and played their best level. After fierce competition, Chen Xiaofeng won the first place, Luo Honghai won the second place, and Lang Yongliang and Chen Tiefeng tied for third place.

 

Through this activity, the learning enthusiasm of the staff was further mobilized, and the theoretical level and practical operation ability were improved. In the competition, the contestants learned about their shortcomings in their work and found ways to improve them from practice.
