On December 18, Zhengtian Group held an enlarged meeting of the 7th Board of Directors in the conference room on the fourth floor of the hotel. The meeting was presided over by Chairman Xuan Hankang, and all the new directors, supervisors, general managers, secretaries of various enterprises and heads of young women of the group elected by various shareholder units attended the meeting.

 

The meeting clarified the members of the seventh board of directors and the board of supervisors of Zhengtian Group. The board of directors is composed of seven people including Xuan Hankang, Yang Guichang, Chen Guoguang, Ruan Hongxiang, Xuan Jianwei, Luo Junwei, and Wei Xiaodai. The board of supervisors is composed of Chen Jianping, Xuan Yongqiang, Zhou Yongjiang, Mao Yongxin and other four people. After democratic election, Xuan Hankang was appointed chairman, Yang Guichang was appointed vice chairman, and Chen Jianping was appointed chairman of the board of supervisors. Nominated by the chairman of the board of directors and approved by the board of directors, Chen Guoguang was appointed as the general manager. Upon the proposal of the general manager, the board of directors agreed to appoint Chen Jianping and Xuan Yongqiang as deputy general managers, and Fang Chaoping as the financial director. The meeting informed the results of the general election and appointment of the holding companies, group workers, youth women and other organizations.

 

At the meeting, General Manager Chen Guoguang made a statement and clarified the general idea for the next stage. He pointed out that the three main tasks of the group in the next stage are to maintain and increase the value of assets, do a good job in coordinating services, and do a good job in corporate culture. Expand corporate image. All enterprises are required to shoulder their responsibilities, strengthen exchanges between enterprises, improve their awareness of innovation and improve their management level.

 

Finally, Chairman Xuan Hankang made a summary of the meeting and put forward hopes and requirements for all of you present.
