In order to celebrate the "March 8th" International Women's Day and enrich the amateur life of the majority of female employees, on March 6, the Women's Federation of the Group launched a rope skipping competition for female employees to celebrate the "March 8th". More than 30 team members participated.

At 9 o'clock in the morning, the team members gathered at the Zhengtian Sports and Sports Activity Center on time. The staff read out the rules of the game, and the team members decided the order of the game by drawing lots. The competition is divided into two items: collective jump and double jump. The first one is collective jump. The players on both sides of the rope swing opened their posture, the middle three players lined up neatly, the referee whistled, and the rope skipping competition officially began. The swinging rope was like a silver snake flying and whirring. The middle team members clenched their teeth and fully bounced in a neat and consistent way. Only the rope "swished" through the soles of the three people's feet. The collective jump required the coordination of the five team members to achieve better results. It could be seen that each team member tried his best to cooperate with his teammates. The sound of rope skipping, the discussion of onlookers, and the sound of cheering made the atmosphere of the scene warm up. The next double jump is a competition that tests the tacit understanding of the two people and the level of rope skipping. The combination of two people with equal strength will form a powerful force. The two members of Tianji Company cooperate most tacitly and jump out of 358 in two minutes, which makes all the audience marvel at it. The whole competition scene presented a lively scene, the players walked lightly and in high spirits, and the joy of the competition infected every team member.

After several rounds of fierce competition, the final Tianji team won the championship, Tianwei team finished second.
