All printing and dyeing enterprises:

 

In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of fabric designers, improve the overall level of printing and dyeing fabric design, improve product quality and the core competitiveness of my country's printing and dyeing industry, the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association has launched the "China Excellent Printing and Dyeing Fabrics" selection and commendation activities since 2010. The 2014 annual selection and commendation activities will be launched soon. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Media support: "China Textile News", "Textile and Apparel Weekly", "Dyeing and Finishing Technology", China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association Network (www.cdpa.org.cn) and other media.

 

Requirements for 2. works

 

1. Participating works must be in the stage of mass production;

 

2. The works participating in the evaluation shall be the works of the participating units or individuals with relevant intellectual property rights, and plagiarism and imitation shall be strictly prohibited. In case of relevant intellectual property disputes, the qualification of participating in the evaluation shall be canceled, and the participating units or individuals shall bear the corresponding responsibilities;

 

3. Participating works must be real fabric samples, providing one piece of whole fabric with a length of 1 meter, and large pattern works must provide at least one size of complete pattern;

 

4. Each participating work shall be accompanied by a registration form of the participating work, with a sample attached to the registration form.

 

3. Awards Setting and Commendation Methods

 

1. The organizer will organize experts to conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the matrix, color, pattern, functionality, innovation and marketability of the participating works, and select the first and second prizes of China's excellent printing and dyeing fabrics;

 

2. At the 2014 National Printing and Dyeing Industry New Materials, New Technologies, New Processes, and New Products Technology Exchange Conference, the winning units and works will be commended and medals will be awarded;

 

3. The list of winning enterprises and products will be published in the industry authoritative magazines, newspapers and websites;

 

4. The winning works will be publicized and displayed in the "14th China International Dyestuff Industry Exhibition and Organic Pigments and Textile Chemicals Exhibition.

 

4. Activity Schedule

 

1. Activity information release and collection of works from November 2013 to February 2014 (deadline for sample delivery is February 28, 2014)

 

2. Preliminary evaluation and final evaluation of works in March 2014

 

3. Award presentation ceremony and exhibition of winning works in mid-April 2014

 

5. Other Related Matters

 

1. There is no charge for this selection.
