With the arrival of the dog days, July officially opened the "barbecue" mode. It can be said that going out is sweat steaming and at home is sauna. The daily high temperature brings a lot of inconvenience to everyone, but the front-line employees in the workshop of the printing and dyeing company still stick to their posts. In order to express their respect and gratitude for their work in extremely hot conditions, the company carried out a "cool summer" campaign led by the trade union.

In order to carry out this activity well, the trade union organized and arranged the distribution personnel in advance, and also prepared tricycles to deliver bottles of iced mineral water just taken out of the freezer to the front-line employees. In addition, the workshop staff are specially given refreshing drugs such as Huoxiang Zhengqi water, cooling oil, Rendan, and beverage benefits such as beer.

Heart-warming actions, warm greetings and simple thanks not only inspired more front-line employees, but also reflected the company's real care and love for employees, and increased the sense of belonging and responsibility of employees.
