On October 17, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the start of the Zhengtian cause, the group held a special lecture on "gratitude and loyalty" in the conference room on the 8th floor of Fengqiao hotel. it was fortunate to invite teacher Chen Zhihao, a distinguished tutor of the president class of Zhejiang university, to give a lecture. more than 80 employees of the group's subordinate enterprises, cadres above the middle level, heads of young women and workers, and staff at the same level participated in the training.

Mr. Chen Zhihao is the first "enterprise medical examination service" in China to diagnose marketing management problems for enterprises. During his tenure as chief brand officer of Chuangqi Technology, he completed the brand expansion of his "Jiedu" brand from 0 to 0.5 billion valuation. He has done marketing management consulting for 13 China's top 500 enterprises and helped more than 40 small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve 1.8 times or more of their marketing performance.

The theme of this one-day lecture is "Gratitude and Loyalty". At the group's half-year economic work conference, the party Committee specially proposed to carry out a big discussion on the topic of "gratitude and loyalty" throughout the group, so that every person who has been paid for the expedition can think about how to be grateful for the expedition, how to maintain the expedition, and how to contribute to the expedition......
According to the topic, Mr. Chen takes four parts of the teaching content as the starting point: 1. what happiness is; 2. and grateful attitude affects your life; 3. loyalty; 4. to create a happy and efficient organization. Combined with the actual situation of the group, in-depth analysis of enterprise team building is very practical, which provides students with a scientific methodology with more practical value for thinking about the future. Chen's vivid and illustrated explanation also benefited the students.

The 60-year wind and rain course of Zhengtian has all condensed the hard work and sweat, persistence and loyalty of a generation of Zhengtian people, and it is the cause of today's Zhengtian. It is hoped that through this training, the students can better understand the topic of "gratitude and loyalty" put forward by the Party committee, and continue to contribute to the cause of Zhengtian.
